Which stores is this built for?+
Covert Loyalty is a WordPress and WooCommerce plugin. The current package is not a Shopify app. We’ll review your theme, checkout and existing extensions as part of discussing the setup.
Can I change how customers earn points?+
Yes. Configure earning campaigns and purchase rules. Optional membership levels can replace purchase campaign rates, while other earning actions remain active.
Are the examples on this page fixed program rules?+
No. All balances, membership milestones, earning rates and rewards shown here are illustrative. You choose the values and design for your store.
What happens when an order is cancelled or refunded?+
Points follow the configured order rules. The latest update includes restoration for orders that qualify again and proportional points adjustment for itemised merchandise refunds. Amount-only refunds without itemised products need a manual points review.
Is the Rewards App a separate app-store download?+
It’s a web app customers can add to their phone’s home screen. Customers sign in to use the same store account and rewards balance. Account information requires a connection.
